To qualify for a Stockist account, retailers must have an online, brick and mortar that is open and ready for business You must also have, and upon request provide proof of, a valid reseller’s permit , Tax ID or FEIN (or your state’s or region’s equivalent documentation).
PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow any re-selling on 3rd party platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, etc.
Opening orders hat do not meet the minimum will not be processed. Payments must be pre paid via credit card or Paypal. upon order placement. Our candles are made by hand and made to spec. for each order and are only produced once payment has been received.
NOTE: We try our best to protect brick + mortar territory and do consider this when applying for an account and we research to not have resellers too close to one another. If wholesale account is not maintained consistently through the year your business may lose those territorial privileges at our discretion.
LEAD TIME
Anything ordered in from 1820 Wholesale will ship within 7 - 10 business days non- seasonal and 12 -14 business days during peak season, unless otherwise specified. All orders are poured in sequence as to when received. Please inquire if your order will consist of more than 300 candles as we may need more time to produce larger quantities.
SHIPPING (We ship via FedEx Ground)
We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. 1820 Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered. Please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely.
You may also pick up your order at our studio located at 135 North Market Street, East Palestine, Ohio 44413. Please email us to arrange a time to pick up.
SAMPLES
Retailers located within driving distance may schedule an appointment with us via email to sample the scents in person in our shop / studio. Scent samples are available at the discounted wholesale pricing and may be used as credit toward minimum opening order.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to 1820 Co. within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
We make all of our candles in our music filled industrious studio in NE Ohio . While we do have a Retail Location that has regular business hours visits to our production side are appointment only. Please email the1820co@gmail.com if you would like to stop by!
